What does CBH stand for?
CBH stands for Condiment Bottle Holder
What do the numbers 500 and 1000 refer to?
These numbers don’t measure anything specifically, they are simply indicators of the two different size models we offer. The 500 model was designed to fit bottles with smaller diameter caps while the 1000 model was designed to fit bottles with larger diameter caps.
Why does the Black color version of the product have intentional imperfections?

What is the return & refund policy?
If You received a defective product or the wrong product, please contact us within 15 days of receipt to start the process of getting a replacement or a refund. Requests need to arrive within 15 days of receipt to be honored due to our inventory policies. In case a product return is requested the purchase price of the product will be refunded but we can’t cover the shipping costs of the return mail.

If You received a non-defective product and You simply don’t want it anymore, please contact us within 15 days of receipt to start the process of returning the product and getting a refund. Requests need to arrive within 15 days of receipt to be honored due to our inventory policies. While the purchase price of the product will be refunded, we can’t cover the shipping costs of the return mail. Returned products must be in “new” condition, with all contents included without any signs of use.
